Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best service and food quality. Our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

Cancellations: Orders canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds will be considered in cases where:

  • The order was incorrect or incomplete.

  • The food was spoiled or did not meet quality standards.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order, providing details and any relevant evidence (e.g., photographs).

Payment Disputes: For any payment-related issues, please reach out to our support team at contact@cinemabandi.us with your order details and transaction ID.

Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by us, all pre-paid orders will be refunded in full.
